Made from hand-picked walnuts from Höflein and the surrounding area, this creates an incomparably fine schnapps that won 1st place out of 16 entries and 30 tasters at the Höflein walnut schnapps blind tasting in 2023. Interestingly, our walnut liqueur came about by a happy accident. Due to a communication mishap at Rupp, three different recipes were accidentally combined at the time. This error resulted in a unique schnapps that is now prized for its outstanding quality.
