The delicious nut schnapps from dierupps! An incomparably fine schnapps is made from hand-picked walnuts from Höflein and the surrounding area, which won 1st place among 16 applicants and 30 tasters at the Höfleiner Nussschnapsblindverkostung 2023. Interestingly, our Nusserl was born out of a happy coincidence. Due to a miscommunication at Rupp, three different recipes were accidentally combined. This mistake resulted in a unique schnapps that is now prized for its outstanding quality.

Taste and aroma

The Nusserl impresses with its rich, nutty taste and the warm, harmonious aroma of the carefully selected walnuts. After preparation, the schnapps is matured in sunlight for an extra long time, which makes its taste even more intense and balanced.
