Schilchersturm is a traditional drink from Styria, made from the hearty, fruity Schilcher grape. This partially fermented grape must offers a sweet and sour taste and a light carbonation. As the Sturm is still actively fermenting, it must be consumed within a few weeks of production.

The Schilchersturm from dierupps is made from first-class Schilcher grapes from the Steirerland region and is home-made.
