We are a small, motivated family business in the heart of Carnuntum, dedicated with passion to the refinement and processing of grapes – but in a very special way.
Our history: Passion since 2003
The business was handed over to us, Gerald and my sister Birgit, by Theresia and Franz in 2003. Since then, we have continued the tradition with new ideas and the same commitment. While Birgit has a firm grip on controlling and accounting, I take care of the production and further development of our offerings. Our parents laid the foundation for the business, which we continue to run with the same passion.
Our approach: Quality over mass production
At dierupps, we don't process the best grapes in the region into single-varietal bottled wines, but instead transform them into high-quality juices and wine-based mixed drinks. We rely on top-tier grape quality – so it's not like "leftover" grapes end up in our products. Only the best grapes produce outstanding taste, and you can taste that in every sip.
From mulled wine to iced tea: Our specialties
We focus on the highest quality, whether for our wine-based mixed drinks or our mulled wine. True to the motto "Only good wine makes good mulled wine," we use exclusively high-quality wine grapes, which we process with artisanal precision.
We also pay attention to the highest standards for our refreshing iced teas. These are created in cooperation with Vienna's oldest tea shop – Jägertee – and are made from freshly brewed tea varieties. Our goal is to create innovative drinks with high-quality, natural ingredients, such as our popular spirit specialties.
Beverage development for the region
In addition to our own products, we also support other businesses in the development, bottling, and packaging of their drinks. We share our expertise and offer comprehensive support for new projects. Whether it's about refining wines or creating spirits – we are the right partner.
