• Unique origin: This unique spirit begins as a classic honey wine, lovingly produced by mead maker Karl Stückler from pure bee honey. Its sweet and clean character, which is reflected in the aroma, the harmony on the palate and the plump finish, makes it unmistakable.
• A fiery twist: At dierupps, the magic doesn't stop there. We have taken a risk and added a pinch of spice to the sweet base. The addition of chili gives the honey wine a surprising, pleasant spiciness. This new dimension of flavor creates a comforting warmth that runs through the body with every sip.
